Totland is a village and civil parish at the western tip of the
Isle of Wight. It lies on the coast at Colwell Bay, which is the
closest part of the island to the British mainland. The village lies
on the Western peninsula where the Western Yar almost cuts through
along with Alum Bay and Freshwater.

cottage within a few minutes walking distance of the ferry terminal,
harbour, shops, public houses and restaurants in the historic and
picturesque town of Yarmouth. The beaches of Colwell Bay, Totland
Bay, Freshwater Bay, Compton Bay and Alum Bay Pleasure Park, famous
for it’s coloured sands and Needles Rocks, are all approximately
five to fifteen minutes drive away and offer a selection of safe
sandy/shingle beaches. Fort Victoria Country Park is about ten
minutes walk away and has barbecue facilities, cafe and exhibition

with supermarkets, swimming pool & shops. Walking to the Alum Bay
across Headon Warren is close by.

in outstanding natural Isle of Wight surroundings complimented by a
rich history across the West of The Isle Of Wight.
of our bedrooms are comfortably furnished and offer stunning
uninterrupted views across the West Wight countryside.
have three rooms, two doubles and the a twin all en-suite but
the twin also has a bath.
each room you'll find Tea and Coffee making facilities, fresh towels
and a colour television. we have two double rooms, one being
en-suite and two twin rooms. The En-Suite room is available from
£35.00 per person per night. The others also from £35.00 per person
Special rates for 3 nights or more are available and special weekly
rates are available on request. Short breaks can be booked
throughout the year.
We're noted for our seafood and shellfish and you can compliment
your meal with a wine from our extensive stocks or a cold beer or
Treat yourself to a seasonal break and enjoy evenings in front of
our roaring log fire sampling the delights of our seasonal menu.
